Ordinary Days

1) Met up with some of the aunties and we might be going on a grad trip together after all… I’m not too keen on the location since it’ll be like another sm*x excursion but at least i’ll get to climb Mt Kinab*lu! If this trip does materialise, I’ll definitely be looking forward to the [...]

I need someone to travel with, for around 2 wks in May, probably around the SEA region.
It’s occasions like these that makes me wish I had a companion, male or female, who can be reckless and travel the world with me.

I guess that means that I will be categorized as something else instead of a student from April onwards. No more “soy estudiante“, [...]

Family.

CNY has never been an event that I look forward to.
It feels rather phony to visit my grandmother’s house to say hi and to make polite conversation with relatives whom I can barely recognise as we only bother meeting up once a year. In fact, there are some relatives that I wouldn’t recognise even if [...]

Happy Chinese New Year!
I feel like a fattened pig now after having my steamboat reunion dinner.
恭喜发财!万事如意!预祝你鼠年行大运!

I just spent the past 15 minutes deleting 1.5 years/160+ posts of memories because I wanted to reclaim this blog address.
I thought that those old memories that I wouldn’t bother to re-read online weren’t worth keeping but going through some of them (accidentally) made me wonder just how much things did change. I always thought [...]
