I received an email alert abt a fb message from Ling out of the blue and emailed her to find out…. *drumrolls* she’s been attached since Xmas! I’m so happy for her!! (although i’m also itching to ’smack’ her for not telling me earlier =P) They seem really happy together judging by her photos on fb and I am truly glad for my dear darling friend. 
It feels like an eternity since we last sat down together to chat (over edamame). Ling will be back in SGP during end-March for Easter break. I’ll probably fight my hikikomori tendencies and meet her then.
Friendships are a little odd at times, aren’t there? I didn’t start off being close to Ling when I was in JC and we didn’t really keep in constant contact after that either, especially after she went overseas. Somehow, however, we still stayed good friends… something i’m truly thankful for. I miss having someone sensible like her to talk to when I’m one of my goddamnedawful moods.

I have a french test tomorrow that’s going to form either 20% or 40% of my final grade. I didn’t even remember it until James emailed me last night to ask me about it. With one day to memorise a tonne of verb conjugations, weird pronunciations, convoluted grammar and endless vocabulary, I can feel my stress levels hitting the roof along with the start of a migraine.
I really shouldn’t be spending my precious time blogging. Back to hitting my textbook and notes now.
My head aches.
